Faculty and Staff Updates

Aloha!

IMPORTANT!  The deadline for all HIDOE employees to submit proof of weekly test results or full COVID-19 vaccination has been extended by one week to Aug. 30.

In order to comply with the Governor's proclamation, documentation must be submitted via http://ehr.k12.hi.us by this date.

HIDOE employees may contact the IT help desk during normal working hours at (808) 564-6000 if they are experiencing login issues. Neighbor island users may call the HATS line at 8-1-808-692-7250. Support requests may also be made online via ServiceNow at http://help.hidoe.org.

Please contact admin if you need information.  We will work with ALL employees to get this information uploaded this week.  This includes part time and full time staff.

Recess Revamped!  Much appreciation goes out to our painting crew who came out on Friday morning to give our playground a makeover!  Details on revised activities will be emailed to you. Thank you to Cindy and Keelie Reyes, Erin and MJ Crowell, Regina Yamamoto, Elizabeth Okamoto, Dianne Dionicio, Tiari and Mylee Silva, Noelani Hansen, Marie Smith, Marisa and Colin Takeguchi, Lori Yee, Meagan Kautz, Jessica Patterson, Janae Kremer, Jared Yamamoto, Jennifer and Andy Banquil for your ideas, hard work, snack donations and overall support of this project for the students!

Rainy Day Plans-We will send out some reminders on Monday for afternoon pick up plans should it be raining.  For indoor recess, adult supervisors will be sent to your grade level classrooms to help monitor during the break.  If it is raining in the morning, students will be sent to your classrooms to wait in hallways until you are able to let them inside the rooms.  Thank you in advance for that as we know there is not enough hall and hub space to keep everyone socially distanced.  Grade 5 students can still wait inside the cafe.

OSYP-Thank you for turning in your OSYP forms by the deadline.  You will be notified this week if anything is missing or needs clarification.

Enjoy your week!
