SBA and HSA Science Testing Schedule SY 24-25 - 293 SBA_HSA Summative Schedule 2025 (1).pdf As a friendly reminder, the SBA & NGSS Summative Assessments for our students in Grades 3-5 begins THIS  WEEK on Tuesday, April 29.  IMPORTANT REMINDERS:  WHAT: SBA & NGSS SUMMATIVE ASSESSMENTS WHO: Grade 3-5 Students WHEN: Tuesday, April 29- Friday, May 9 *Schedule Attached* WHERE: Testing will take place in all Grade 3-5 grade level classrooms, but also in other rooms across campus including: B102 (STEM room), F202 (Makerspace), D207 (Reading Workshop), E2CC (Shinn's Office),  and sometimes the Cafeteria RECESS/ NOTIFICATIONS:  Recess times will stay the same! - Except- Grade K and Grade 3 have switched recess blocks during the testing window to allow Grade 3 to have an extended testing time block. Testing time blocks:  Grade K- (not testing) (Recess 9:10- 9:25) Grade 3- 8:15- 9:30 (Recess 9:30- 9:45) Grade 4- 8:15- 10:05 (Recess 10:10- 10:25) Grade 5- 8:15- 10:25 (Recess 10:30- 10:45) BELLS/ANNOUNCEMENTS:  All bells and phone calls will be held during testing hours to limit distractions. The front office will play the SBA Announcement at 8:10 AM RESOURCE SCHEDULE:  Resource days will remain the same as scheduled, however, start times will vary for Grades 3-5.  Grade 4- Tuesday, 4/29 start time: 10:10 AM Grade 3- Thursday, 5/1 start time: 9:55 AM Grade 5- Thursday, 5/8 start time: 10:15 AM TARDY STUDENTS:  Students in Grades 3-5 that arrive after 8:15 AM will be asked to remain in the Grade Level Hubs during the testing window.  Thank you everyone for helping support our students as they complete their end of the year assessments!  Katie & Ashley Test Coordinators

Because of your hard work, reliability  and commitment, our students can enjoy healthy meals in a well-supported and safe environment.
