Faculty and Staff Updates
Aloha!
COVID UPDATES (from Faculty Meeting 1/18/2022)
Return to School/Work Criteria
Attestation of COVID-19 Vaccination Booster - Effective Monday, January 10, 2022, the Department’s COVID-19 testing and vaccination status tracking in the electronic, human resource system (eHR) will be available to accept vaccination boosters. While proof of the vaccination booster is not currently required to be considered fully vaccinated, this information is necessary to determine appropriate quarantine and isolation requirements in accordance with the Return to School/Work Criteria.
GRADES 3-5: Please see an important email from Ashley Shinn from 1/13/2022 with information for the SBA Interim Testing. Testing will be starting Tuesday, January 25. This will impact all grade levels for resource days, as the start of resources will be delayed while the support team assists with the administration of the test. The end time will not be changed, rather the early blocks will just be missed on those days.
PLEASE complete your SQS survey. The SQS online survey for school personnel includes 24 questions and a comment box for open-ended feedback. The survey items measure perceptions about school safety, well-being, satisfaction, and involvement/engagement and takes about nine (9) minutes to complete.
Teacher: General Education, Special Education (includes Transition Coordinators), English Language Learner, and Long-Term Substitute Teachers
Instructional Support Staff (ISS): Counselor, Curriculum Coordinator (includes data or academic coach), Educational Assistant, Librarian, Library Assistant, Student Activities Coordinator, and Technology Coordinator. Behavioral Therapists may complete this survey IF they do not represent more than two schools.
