Thank you to all of the teachers who shared your photos and positive messages for our students and families.  It was nice to look through and see your smiling faces and we have no doubt that the students will appreciate seeing you all.  Thank you Mrs. Brown for putting it all together!

Thank you Leslie for coordinating some special activities for us as a faculty and staff.  CARES from a distance activities will be offered weekly for all to join in, if you wish.

Classified staff role groups will be having meetings with admin on MONDAY.  Please join in at the times indicated below.

This week, join us for a quick Faculty Meeting on Wednesday, April 8 at 9:00 am.  

We posted some information for students on the school website regarding fire safety at home.  We encourage all of you to make sure your families have emergency plans for your homes as well!

Device pick up for students is scheduled for this week Thursday.  Please refer to Jill’s email from April 4 and contact her should you see any students missing from the list by Monday morning.

We know you are also meeting with your grade levels and with your students. 
HGLS, please email admin what days and times you are meeting each week so we can update the faculty and staff calendars.  ALSO HGLs, email Laureen if there are any questions or suggestions for the academic plan or if your grade level approves submitting as is. Let us know by Monday.

 We are working on ways to provide you with the most updated information that is needed each week and beyond. Thank you for your patience as information, updates and changes are coming often.  Thank you for checking your emails and showing up for meetings! Let us know how we can help.

Last week I started doing an online community circle for my class on Google Slides where I post a prompt for each day just like we would answer each morning in class. Diana, Tyler and myself record videos of our responses, and the students can send me videos of their responses that I upload to the slideshow. Anyone who logs onto the slideshow from our class can watch all of the videos. It has been so nice getting to see some of our students and hear their responses. It has definitely helped me feel more connected to them while we are away from campus!

We look forward to hearing more great ideas from all of you!

The Ready Classroom Mathematics virtual overview has been confirmed for the following days and times.  The link to the virtual session is listed in the table below (in the email). Please attend the session for your grade band.  If you're unable to attend the session on your assigned day, please let us know and we'll check if you can attend the other one.

This Wednesday marks Administrative Professionals Day, and we want to take a moment to sincerely recognize and thank our exceptional office staff. Their dedication and support extend far beyond the expected, touching every corner of our school. From cheerfully greeting families – both the friendly and the more challenging – to ensuring the smooth execution of every event, our office team is truly the backbone of our school. They arrive early, stay late, manage our supplies, process our paychecks and scan our lunches, and, above all, always help to ensure the well-being of our students. Thank you for all that you do!
