Time is flying by...I cannot believe we are at the end of April!  Usually this time of year we are getting ready for SBA and year end activities.  Times have changed quickly.  We hope you continue to adjust and stay strong-we are really proud of what our faculty and staff is providing to our school community during these times.  You truly are navigators in this new world we live in!

EES Updates are now available.  Teachers, please see email from Laureen from April 24 entitled EES updates that includes attachments of the latest memos.  Teachers who are ON-CYCLE will have a meeting with admin on Tuesday at 3:30 pm via Google Meets.

For teachers who are OFF-cycle, we are looking at a new due date of May 15 for your IPDP reflections to be uploaded onto PDE3 (including IPDP and Panorama results and growth scores).  We will discuss more at Wednesday's meeting.

From Mike:
Hope all is doing well. Supplies for disinfecting will be placed in your PLC Rooms. Return all cleaning supplies back to the PLC Room as this will be for the entire grade level to use. Remember to disinfect door handles that you have touched during your time on campus. I will replenish as needed.

LIBRARY:  cleaning supplies will be placed in copy room

As requested, large and small trash bags will be housed in the PLC room as well.
Any rubbish must be emptied and placed on the outside of the main entrance door of your building. Custodians will come by to dispose. 

Large: Trash
Small: Student Supplies 
Box or cardboard: must be flattened 

Also Students Restrooms are off limits. 
DO NOT USE as they have been cleaned & disinfected..

I will be updating summer cleaning instructions. I will have them ready by next week Monday. This year I will be doing your furniture inventory. If you have any questions or concerns please let me know. 

Classified Staff Members (Custodians, Cafeteria, Office and EAs):  We will have a Google Meets meeting on Monday at 9:00 am.  Leslie emailed the link and call-in information on April 23.

Here is a link to last week’s faculty meeting minutes.  We covered a lot of information regarding report cards, summer packets and planning for the closing of school.  There will be more information coming out shortly, so stay tuned as we look to finalize this year’s closing and move ahead with the planning for next school year.  We truly appreciate your input and questions as we move forward and process the plethora of information coming out to us.

This Wednesday marks Administrative Professionals Day, and we want to take a moment to sincerely recognize and thank our exceptional office staff. Their dedication and support extend far beyond the expected, touching every corner of our school. From cheerfully greeting families – both the friendly and the more challenging – to ensuring the smooth execution of every event, our office team is truly the backbone of our school. They arrive early, stay late, manage our supplies, process our paychecks and scan our lunches, and, above all, always help to ensure the well-being of our students. Thank you for all that you do!
