Information for Teachers and Staff
Tuesday's lunch order:  The link is here and orders are due by Monday at noon. 
1st Fire Drill:  Monday 9/9 about 8:15 am (roughly 5-8 minutes)
2nd Fire Drill and Evacuation Monday 9/16, Starting about 8:20 (roughly 1 hour)

Lockdown/Shelter in Place:  Tuesday 9/17 about 8:15 (roughly 10 minutes)
Earthquake:  Wednesday 9/18 about 8:15 am (roughly 5 minutes)

Your students will be given an information sheet next week regarding the Safety week drills for 9/16-9/18.

Teachers will receive an updated sheet next Wednesday for drill procedures, however you should familiarize yourself with all procedures prior to Monday as it will be our first fire drill.  Cones with markers will be set up to aid with line up for Monday.

Thank you for preparing your students for these emergency procedures.  Refer to your Emergency Crisis handbooks for more details.  The line up map is at the back of your handbook binder.

Information for Students
Have you been asked to be a table wiper for your classroom’s cafeteria table?  This is a very important responsibility to help keep our school clean and safe for all.  Please do your part if it is your turn to leave the cleanest table EVER!
Monday we will have our first fire drill.  Remember to stay quiet and calm when you hear the alarm.  Walk quickly and quietly to your line up area. This first drill is also in preparation for Safety week which will be next week when we practice our fire, evacuation, lockdown, shelter-in-place and earthquake drills.

This Wednesday marks Administrative Professionals Day, and we want to take a moment to sincerely recognize and thank our exceptional office staff. Their dedication and support extend far beyond the expected, touching every corner of our school. From cheerfully greeting families – both the friendly and the more challenging – to ensuring the smooth execution of every event, our office team is truly the backbone of our school.
