This week’s second step lessons focus on learning to listen, listening to learn, empathy and respect.

Planning ahead:  Second Step Lessons for Week of September 3, 2019:

Due to change in resource day for grades 4 and 1 on Monday and Friday, please adjust your yard duty accordingly. Let us know where additional coverage may be needed.  We appreciate all for accommodating this change as the support team will be in a training on Friday.

It’s SPIRIT WEEK! Thank you Student Council for planning this week of events helping us to show appreciation and respect others’ differences and preferences in a fun way!
  Start off the week by filling out a note for the Gratitude Tree.  Note sheets and jar are located in the library-show your appreciation for your teachers, staff members or anyone who has helped make your day brighter!

This Wednesday marks Administrative Professionals Day, and we want to take a moment to sincerely recognize and thank our exceptional office staff. Their dedication and support extend far beyond the expected, touching every corner of our school. From cheerfully greeting families – both the friendly and the more challenging – to ensuring the smooth execution of every event, our office team is truly the backbone of our school. They arrive early, stay late, manage our supplies, process our paychecks and scan our lunches, and, above all, always help to ensure the well-being of our students. Thank you for all that you do! In addition to celebrating our administrative professionals, this week we also gratefully acknowledge the vital contributions of our campus volunteers.
