Information for Teachers
We have trainings on campus this week.  Please use South and West lots on Monday and Tuesday to the extent possible to allow our guests to use the North lots.  
You will be getting your parent teacher conference forms this week with instructions and important dates.
Picture Day schedule and instructions are also forthcoming!

A bright spot to note:  Congratulations to Christine Braga on her Team Excellence Award of Merit for her prior position at Aiea-Moanalua-Radford Complex Area Induction & Mentoring Team with Sue Bevacqua.  We are very fortunate to have Christine and her talents at our school!
AIEA-MOANALUA-RADFORD INDUCTION & MENTORING TEAM:  Sue Bevacqua and Christine Braga provide differentiated, personalized support for the 55 beginning teachers at 22 schools under their charge. Throughout the year, they create an environment of trust and camaraderie by coordinating free Professional Development for-credit courses for their beginning teachers, sponsoring Professional Learning Community meetings for mentors and mentees to share successful classroom strategies and network, and monitoring funded and non-funded activities for our schools and teachers. They support teacher achievement by working with principals, personnel officers, complex area business managers and support staff to monitor the progress of beginning teachers and raise the percentage of highly qualified teachers.As a result, the ComplexArea achieves and maintains one of the highest percentages of highly qualified teachers at 94 percent. — Nominated by Tricia Tamayose Okamura, School Renewal Specialist

Information for Students
If you have not done so, remind your parents to complete your federal survey cards and return them as soon as possible!
Face, Grin, Icon, Smile, ...Say cheese!  Picture day is Wednesday.  You do not need to wear your uniform on Wednesday, but you must still dress appropriately as indicated in our school dress code.

This Wednesday marks Administrative Professionals Day, and we want to take a moment to sincerely recognize and thank our exceptional office staff. Their dedication and support extend far beyond the expected, touching every corner of our school. From cheerfully greeting families – both the friendly and the more challenging – to ensuring the smooth execution of every event, our office team is truly the backbone of our school. They arrive early, stay late, manage our supplies, process our paychecks and scan our lunches, and, above all, always help to ensure the well-being of our students. Thank you for all that you do! In addition to celebrating our administrative professionals, this week we also gratefully acknowledge the vital contributions of our campus volunteers.
