Updates for the Week of April 20, 2026

This Wednesday is Administrative Professional’s Day.  On this Special Day, we celebrate our incredible Office Staff:  Sheldon, Sally, Shaylee, Cindy, Shinko, Julia and Erin.

The Office Mambo #7

A little bit of Sally when you come tardy,

A whole lotta of registration is what she sees,

A little bit of Sheldon, the SSC Clerk

A little bit of Shinko makes the Meal system work!

A little bit of Shaylee tracking your P.O.,

A little bit of Julia with the Aloha service flow!

A little bit of Cindy, our SASA in the lead,

Keeping things smooth for whatever we need!

A little bit of Erin, our ASA guide,

Helping us comply with the district side,

Jump up and down and running all around,

With this office crew, the best can be found!

Thank you, Office Staff!  We appreciate you!

This week is also Appreciation Week for A+ and Public School Volunteers.

We have some incredible individuals working in our programs and those who volunteer their time, especially through our PTA and our library and classroom volunteers.

Take some time to share appreciation for those A+ workers and volunteers who help make your students' days better!

We are very grateful for everyone who helps our school and fortunate to have so many!

Congratulations to our Track Team (Coach Taylor and Coach Evan) and our amazing student athletes for all of their top performances and medals!

Congratulations to our Math Team (Coach Barilla, Coach Domingo, Coach Shota-Chang and Coach Shinn).  See them here:  https://www.instagram.com/p/DXS88OtlPUp/

Congratulations to our Preschool Play Day Team (Coach Shigeyasu, Coach Oyadamari, Coach Slabicki, Coach Hagi, Coach Kat and Coach Micaela)!

Congratulations to our JPO Team (Coach Collier, Coach Lono and Coach Bautista).  Check it out here:  https://www.instagram.com/hookele808/reel/DXP3VKQEiaG/

And Congratulations to our Madagascar Travelling Performers (Coach Laura Brown) who performed at Saturday's Truck Pull Fundraiser for the Special Olympics!

All of these great teams helped showcase our school last week! Thank you Coaches and Teachers for supporting these extra curriculars for the students!

Thank you to Mr. Cam, Ms. Kat and Ms. Emma for your coordination of our Purple Up Day and Hero Walk Parade.  The vendors and the 25th Infantry Division Brass Band truly made this event memorable for our military students and their families and hopefully helped all of the students to recognize the contributions that our military families make in our community.  It was really a special day thanks to all of your efforts.

Thank you to the Anchored 4 Life students for their support!

Don’t see your birthday?  Did you fill out this form?  This is the Personnel Data form that helps us keep information that only the office and admin use for emergencies (and to acknowledge birthdays).  If you do not wish us to acknowledge your birthday, please let us know and we will not share, however we do ask that all staff members complete the form so we can have your emergency contacts and vehicle information.

Thank you!
