Your exceptional dedication and hard work throughout the WASC visit are deeply appreciated. Your contributions were instrumental in showcasing the effective programs and innovative teaching practices we implement at Ho‘okele Elementary. From the moment the Visiting Committee arrived, they were able to witness the vibrant and engaging learning environment you've helped create.

CONGRATULATIONS to JANAE COLE for becoming a Nationally Board Certified Teacher! Her outstanding achievement was acknowledged this past weekend by Governor Josh Green, Representative Kanani Souza, CAS Tajima and Principal Rankie.

Ilima Care Home in Kapolei! 

This week is National Social Worker Week.  Roger Watson, our School Social Worker has worked with Ho‘okele and our complex schools for many years.  He works closely with our counselors, particularly with our Ho‘okele Attendance Team and has been there in our times of crisis to lend support.  Share an appreciation with Roger for his work with our hard to reach youth and families this week!


An update on the  Battery Bill e-Waste Fundraiser- so far, we have raised $1300+ for our school by hosting this event and recycling over 13,000 pounds of e-waste!

This Wednesday marks Administrative Professionals Day, and we want to take a moment to sincerely recognize and thank our exceptional office staff. Their dedication and support extend far beyond the expected, touching every corner of our school. From cheerfully greeting families – both the friendly and the more challenging – to ensuring the smooth execution of every event, our office team is truly the backbone of our school. They arrive early, stay late, manage our supplies, process our paychecks and scan our lunches, and, above all, always help to ensure the well-being of our students. Thank you for all that you do!
