🐝Thank you to Angie, Laura, Jordyn and Regina for coaching and supporting our amazing Ho‘okele spellers Aubri and Paulo! They competed in the Leeward District Spelling Bee on 2/15 at Waipahu intermediate. They did a great job but unfortunately will not be moving on in the spelling bee 🐝competition. Nonetheless, they represented our school very well and we are very proud of how far they were able to go in the competition!🐝


Our School Musical is THIS WEEK!  Please remind your students about appropriate assembly behavior as they enjoy the school performances on Thursday or Friday.  

PBIS Matrix.pdf Our behavior matrix has ways students can demonstrate behavior expectations during assemblies, per our Tribes agreements.  Please be sure your students are seated and ready for the show to begin promptly at 9:00 am.


Welcome Lynzie Dicion, our sub SHA.  Lynzie will be starting Tuesday 2/20 in the health room.  Office staff, Noe and Jasmine will be helping to transition her into her new position.  We appreciate your understanding and support during this transitional period as we work on the health room routines and guidelines with our new staff.


For next week’s planning for OG Training:

The Reading Workshop Teachers will be attending the O-G training with Ron Yoshimoto during the week of February 26th - March 1st. All Reading Workshop classes and grade-level support will be canceled that week so the teachers can attend the training. Please plan to keep your students with you that week.


D206 will be used for the training (Monday-Thursday).  

OG will be  in the library on Friday 3/1.

3rd Grade combo class will use B102 that week and 4th grade combo class will use D206 as OG will be in the library.

Their dedication and support extend far beyond the expected, touching every corner of our school.
