Multi-Factor Authentication Cutover Schedule–For ALL DOE employees!!


See your assigned times below.  Please be available for your scheduled cut over.

If you are unable to attend or are absent, please email Jill.  If you do not contact Jill ahead of your scheduled time, your access to your @k12.hi.us account may be impacted.

All cut overs must be completed by Friday February 2, 2023.  Assistance will be available on 2/2 in the office conference room from 11:00-3:30 pm.

Be sure to have your employee ID and password for your DOE gmail account.

FREE STEM-Based Workshops: Clean Energy & Energy Efficiency 


Hawai‘i Energy provides FREE fun and engaging STEM-based workshops for grades K-8. We’ll come to your public, private, or charter school on O‘ahu, Maui, Moloka‘i, Lāna‘i, or Hawai‘i Island, or we’re available via Microsoft Teams.    

Our workshops offer 40 minutes to 1 hour of customized energy literacy content, including: 
  • Interactive, hands-on activities designed for younger students 
  • Key concepts around energy efficiency, climate change, and Hawai‘i’s clean energy landscape 
  • Information on how students and families can contribute to a clean energy future 
  • Introduction to concepts in earth and atmospheric science, climatology, geology, and public policy

This Wednesday marks Administrative Professionals Day, and we want to take a moment to sincerely recognize and thank our exceptional office staff. Their dedication and support extend far beyond the expected, touching every corner of our school. From cheerfully greeting families – both the friendly and the more challenging – to ensuring the smooth execution of every event, our office team is truly the backbone of our school. They arrive early, stay late, manage our supplies, process our paychecks and scan our lunches, and, above all, always help to ensure the well-being of our students. Thank you for all that you do!
