Happy New Year and Welcome Back!

We hope you have enjoyed a wonderful winter break and are excitedly looking
forward to 2024!

Friday, January 5th is a work day for teachers and EAs.

On Monday, January 8th, we have a PBL Professional Development Day for 
teachers.

We invite faculty and staff to grab a breakfast bento from the library starting 
about 7:30 am Monday morning.  Please be mindful of the PD in the library when 
picking up bentos if you are not part of the session.

Resources and PLCs are resuming on January 9th (our first day back for
students)! We will be starting with grade 2, as there was a change in the rotation 
due to a field trip that week.  We welcome Ms. Michell Shue to our resource 
teaching team who will be providing lessons on career exploration instead of 
music for this semester.

This Wednesday marks Administrative Professionals Day, and we want to take a moment to sincerely recognize and thank our exceptional office staff. Their dedication and support extend far beyond the expected, touching every corner of our school. From cheerfully greeting families – both the friendly and the more challenging – to ensuring the smooth execution of every event, our office team is truly the backbone of our school. They arrive early, stay late, manage our supplies, process our paychecks and scan our lunches, and, above all, always help to ensure the well-being of our students. Thank you for all that you do!
