From Ashley, Regina and Jessica (Emailed on 8/6/2020)
With rising cases in Hawaii, we wanted to be proactive in distributing student resources for this upcoming quarter, should our state need to shutdown. The NEW deployment date is now TUESDAY, AUGUST 11

Please carefully read the updated timeline
  1. Send out Parent Letter by noon tomorrow. (Friday 8/7)
  2. Read through the Teacher Instructions. Updated information has been highlighted in yellow.
  3. Be sure to fill out the volunteer section, if you are available to help distribute during your grade level time and after hours.
Preparations
  • Small trash bags will be provided for each child, if you choose to use them. They will be in your boxes in the office.
  • Custodians are able to help transport bags of materials to their storage locations starting on Monday. Please have them ready outside your classroom door (lower grades) or the hub (upper grades) for easy access.
  • CC's will have copies of your class lists to help keep track of students who have picked up their resources. You may need to follow-up with families that afternoon to see if they can come during the "After Hours" session.
Thank you so much for being flexible! Hope you all stay safe and let us know if you have any questions.
Regina, Jess, & Ashley

From Mike:
Hi all.

We have created a sign in and out form with QR codes and links for closed hours access. Please be sure to sign in when you're on campus and sign out when you leave. This will help us keep track of who’s at school. Just a reminder if you have visitors please have them stay in your room. List all visitors who come to campus with you on that day.

Always sanitize your hands before you enter the building and face mask are required at all time unless you're in your room by yourself. Your safety and the safety for everyone on campus is important to all of us. If you have any questions please let me know.

Mahalo Mike

We look forward to our meeting on Monday to help clarify as much as we can for you and to seek your feedback on what needs further clarification for the next couple of weeks.

Stay safe and healthy.  Wear your masks, wash hands, sanitize often.  Maintain appropriate social distancing.  Do your part to help keep yourself and others safe.  We CARE about all of you!  Remember-we are all in this together!  Oooh-don’t forget your videos for the lip dub!

(Please upload your video to this folder (We're All In This Together clips.)  I kindly ask that you name the file with your last names. If you forget this part, no worries.

I'm sharing with you the song and the lyrics. You have until August 14, 2020, to upload your video. For our new teachers, your grade level can share with you what this is all about. You can visit our school's YouTube channel to see past Faculty Lip Dubs)
