Happy 1 month anniversary!  Congratulations!!
Fire Drill is planned for Monday!  Apologies for the unplanned alarms last week.  Hopefully this issue will be resolved quickly.  Good to know students are quick to get up and line up for evacuating when they hear the bell!  See last week’s bulletin for reminders... If it is raining, we will likely reschedule as we want you to practice the regular route to the playground for this drill and not go through the inside of the buildings.  
Please purchase lunch from cafeteria as often as possible!  The amount of lunches served helps us to keep our current staffing!
Please turn in a weekly schedule to the office showing your daily agendas by September 11.  This will help us to know where your class is at all times should we need to find you or a student in your class. Here is a sample (you can use any format you wish), be sure to include any locations that you are other than your classroom.
Grades K-2 PLCs are starting this week with Resource PTTs in place.  We are still waiting on the upper grades PTTs to be verified...But we have hired for all 3 PTT positions (PE, art and Hawaiian Studies!   Upper grades  will have PLCs this week and we are arranging alternative coverage for your students until the PTTs can start.  Please review the routines and schedules with your students and discuss behavioral expectations.  Since your students did not have the teacher assisted resource week, it is important that they know the expectations.  It would also be helpful to have students wearing name tags for the first couple of weeks if possible.  THANK YOU!

Thank you for helping us learn your names by acknowledging adults who call you by raising your hand.  This will be especially helpful for after school pick up time.

Enjoy your resource classes this week.  Be on your best behavior-your resource teachers can give out Gotcha tickets too!

This Wednesday marks Administrative Professionals Day, and we want to take a moment to sincerely recognize and thank our exceptional office staff. Their dedication and support extend far beyond the expected, touching every corner of our school. From cheerfully greeting families – both the friendly and the more challenging – to ensuring the smooth execution of every event, our office team is truly the backbone of our school. They arrive early, stay late, manage our supplies, process our paychecks and scan our lunches, and, above all, always help to ensure the well-being of our students. Thank you for all that you do!
