Thank you to Ron, Megan and Crystal for supporting the Dance Team students on Saturday at the Kroc Center! Supporting Waialua: Donation Drive for Families in Need In the wake of the devastating storms, our neighbors in Waialua have been hit particularly hard. We would like to help Waialua Elementary to provide direct support to their families during this difficult time. How You Can Help: Donate Items: Please view the Waialua Donations Form to see the specific items currently being requested. When filling out the form, please list Ho‘okele Elementary as your organization so we can coordinate bulk deliveries with Waialua Elementary.. Drop-Off: We will be collecting items on campus. If you plan to bring donations, please email both VP Pamatigan and Laura Brown so we can ensure we have adequate storage space ready. We are honored to support Principal Pata and her community.   Thank you for your generosity and support.

Report Cards go home this week.  Although this is an older document, some of the information is still helpful:  Report Card Grades SY 2023-24. Also, SPED was provided a resource for determining how to grade their students on assessments:  Quick Guide: Assessment Validity Checklist. Resource Teacher grade input will be emailed to teachers later today.  Some of the PTTs will be finishing up their input by tomorrow for the Q3 input. (See tabs for quarters).  You can email them directly if you have questions.

This Saturday is School Librarian Appreciation Day.   We would like to extend our gratitude to Mrs. Angie Ramey and all of the activities and support she provides for students and teachers through the library programs at Ho‘okele.   At Ho‘okele, you lead the way,  Making our library bright each day.  For Read Across America, it's true,  And Battle of the Books, we count on you! You bring the authors, near and far,  Our literacy superstar!  Spelling Bees and contests, what a treat,  The book fair just can't be beat! So organized and full of cheer,  The best librarian of the year!  Thank you, Mrs. Ramey!
