Hi Everyone! Three weeks will come and go so fast and we have come so far already this year!  Thank you for accomplishing so much.  As you reflect on this year and move forward these next few weeks- be proud of yourselves and your students!  You are amazing and we are grateful for you! These last few weeks are a chance to keep shining extra bright and reach for the stars! Wrap up projects on a high note, celebrate student achievements, and create lasting memories for your students.  Be proud of the positive impact you have on students and make every interaction with them count! With all of the activities planned, take time to reset yourself and let us know what support you need to get through the school year! WHAT: SBA & NGSS SUMMATIVE ASSESSMENTS WHO: Grade 3-5 Students WHEN: Through Tuesday, May 21 *Schedule Attached* WHERE: Testing will take place in all Grade 3-5 grade level classrooms, but also in other rooms across campus including: B102 (STEM room), F206 (Makerspace), D206, Tech Room, and sometimes the Cafeteria! Please avoid walking or making loud noises through these hallways during testing to help minimize distractions for our test takers RECESS/ NOTIFICATIONS:  Recess times will stay the same! Testing time blocks:  Grade 3- 8:15- 9:20 (Recess 9:25- 9:40) Grade 4- 8:15- 9:35 (Recess 9:40- 9:55) Grade 5- 8:15- 9:50 (Recess 9:55- 10:10) All bells and phone calls will be held during testing hours to limit distractions. TARDY STUDENTS:  Please encourage all students to come to school on time (before 7:45am!)  Students in Grades 3-5 that arrive after 8:15 AM will be asked to remain in the Grade Level Hubs during the testing window.  Front Office Staff: please message Ashley Shinn & Katie Yamamoto that Tardy students are being sent up so we can accommodate them during this time.  Thank you everyone for helping support our students as they complete their end of the year assessments!  Katie & Ashley
