Book Fair, Broadcast, Bozeman, OH MY!

Book Fair Information:

1. To get you, your students, and families ready for the Book Fair, please SIGN UP for the BOOK FAIR PREVIEW on Monday, November 13th. This is when your students will get a peek at the Fair and make their Wish Lists. 


*Please Note Re: Bozeman Training* 

If your Bozeman Training is on Monday, 11/13, you will sign up when you are with your class that day. So, if your Bozeman training is in the AM, sign up in the afternoon for your Preview. If your Bozeman training is in the PM, sign up for the Preview in the morning. In other words, substitute teachers will not bring your class to the Book Fair Preview. 


2. Students will watch the Scholastic Book Fair promo video during their book borrowing times starting next week. Book Fair fliers and parent letters will also be passed out at that time. 


3. There is no Book Borrowing the week of 11/13/23.

  • Student Shopping Hours:
    1. Morning Recesses: Tuesday, 11/14; Wednesday, 11/15; Thursday, 11/16; Friday, 11/17
    2. After School: Tuesday, 11/14, 2:05-3:00 p.m.; Wednesday, 11/15, 12:50-1:45 p.m.; Thursday, 11/16, 2:05-3:00 p.m.  

  • Parent/Guardian/Grandparent Shopping Hours (no students):
    Monday, 11/13, 2:05-3:00

  • Special Family Shopping Hours:
    Tuesday, November 14, 2:05-5:00 p.m.
    Wednesday, November 15, 1:05-5:00 p.m.
    Thursday, November 16, 2:05-5:00 p.m.
    ALL children must be accompanied by an adult during Family Shopping Hours.

Bozeman Science Training Information:

Coming up Monday and Tuesday, the Andersens (Bozeman Science) will host a lab site for us. A schedule has been created for you. You are either scheduled for Monday, November 13 or Tuesday, November 14. During one half of your scheduled day, you will be in B102 for the labsite; the other half, you will be with your homeroom. While you are in B102, a substitute will be covering your class. 


NOTE: Please keep in mind that there will be a Book Fair preview on Monday 11/13. If your Bozeman labsite is scheduled for Monday, please schedule your Book Fair preview to be done with you and not your sub. See Angie's email from 10/25 for more information.


SPED Teachers: Please let me know what room you will want your sub to report to as I know some of you bounce between classrooms. I will need to update their schedules accordingly.

This Wednesday marks Administrative Professionals Day, and we want to take a moment to sincerely recognize and thank our exceptional office staff. Their dedication and support extend far beyond the expected, touching every corner of our school. From cheerfully greeting families – both the friendly and the more challenging – to ensuring the smooth execution of every event, our office team is truly the backbone of our school.
