Happy New Year!


Following Governor David Ige's announcement on Dec. 29 that furloughs for state employees will not begin until July 1, 2021 at the earliest, the Department will postpone any furlough dates in accordance with this new timeline. As a reminder, Monday, Jan. 4, was previously reinstated as a teacher workday.  


All salaried employees are to return to work on Monday, January 4th.


We hope your 2021 is off to a great start and look forward to seeing you all this week!

This Wednesday marks Administrative Professionals Day, and we want to take a moment to sincerely recognize and thank our exceptional office staff. Their dedication and support extend far beyond the expected, touching every corner of our school. From cheerfully greeting families – both the friendly and the more challenging – to ensuring the smooth execution of every event, our office team is truly the backbone of our school. They arrive early, stay late, manage our supplies, process our paychecks and scan our lunches, and, above all, always help to ensure the well-being of our students. Thank you for all that you do!
