Hi Everyone, 

 

This is just a friendly reminder that our Student Resource Deployment is scheduled for this Monday, November 16th. The weather forecast looks good so far (no rain 🤞) and we'll have the shade tents up at each pick-up location. There will also be bins for anyone dropping off items for the Canned Food Drive.

 

Below are some last-minute reminders before Monday.

  • If you haven't done so already, you may want to send a reminder to your families about the upcoming deployment. There will be no mass message since there are only a handful of classes participating.

  • There will also be NO After Hours Session for this round. All extra packets will be housed in the PCNC room, and parents can either schedule a time with the office or with you for pick-up.

  • Thank you to our custodians for helping to transport items to F101 (K-2) and the Cafe (3-5) for easy access this afternoon. There should be a final pickup on Monday @ 9:30 AM for those still putting their bags together. If your items are not ready for pick-up, you are responsible for bringing it out to the pick-up locations before 1 PM.

  • Attached is the Timeline, Teacher Instructions, & Family Letter for your reference.

If you missed staff picture taking, not to worry-- make ups for staff pictures will be at the Pearlridge Studio by appointment through Dec. 30, 2020.  Call 951-7827, press 1 for Pearlridge to schedule an appointment. If you have students asking about any additional picture taking opportunities, we are working on scheduling dates over Winter Break and will share that flyer and information once confirmed.

 

Book Fair!  Please support and remind your families about the virtual Scholastic Book Fair from November 18-December 1!  Please see email from Tara from Friday for more details and information.

This Wednesday marks Administrative Professionals Day, and we want to take a moment to sincerely recognize and thank our exceptional office staff. Their dedication and support extend far beyond the expected, touching every corner of our school. From cheerfully greeting families – both the friendly and the more challenging – to ensuring the smooth execution of every event, our office team is truly the backbone of our school. They arrive early, stay late, manage our supplies, process our paychecks and scan our lunches, and, above all, always help to ensure the well-being of our students. Thank you for all that you do!
