Updates for Week of September 28, 2020

We will be holding a short faculty meeting on MONDAY from 12:15-12:45 pm to share updates for students’ return to campus.  We will be sharing the latest updates from our complex area and plans for our school.  We hope you can listen in and we look forward to your feedback to help guide our planning. Thank you for meeting with us as we know it will be a busy Monday with PLCs, home Group Meetings and Supply Pick up.   The report card window is open and will remain open for you through the end of the scheduled PT conferences (10/30).  More information will be shared soon about scheduling and holding virtual conferences.  We will be using a scheduling program called My Conference Time to set up the appointments for conferences 10/21-10/30.   Don’t forget to announce your CARES awardees to your class if you haven’t done so already.   As we finish out this first quarter, we really want to share our gratitude with everyone for helping to make this quarter hap...

Updates for Week of September 21, 2020

This week we have our PD sessions on Monday.  Please check your emails from the coaches for the agenda with links and times of sessions for your specific grade level.  Monday’s PD sessions will be focused on math, teachers’ reflections on distance learning and continued planning time.   An email was sent to you (from mindy on Friday afternoon) if you wanted to order lunch for an 11:30 am admin pick up from Panda Express.  This is an effort to support our PTA fundraiser.  This is optional as we know your lunch times vary based on your schedules.  You can support PTA at any time on Monday by ordering from Panda Express (see specific information on flyer emailed on 9/18/2020).   Our Complex Area Superintendent, Mr. Sean Tajima, will be visiting our campus this week, Tuesday.  He will be physically on campus and checking in to your virtual classrooms during his visit.  We are very excited to showcase the learning that is happening at Ho‘okele-you...
