Information for Faculty and Staff Thankfully Lane decided to spare us from any major damages and schools will be open Monday!  Admin conducted a complete walkthrough on Sunday and has seen no damage from wind or rain. In fact, everything looked completely dry and in good shape.  Please report any new damages you may notice to admin once you all return on Monday. We truly appreciate the efforts made by everyone to safely close the school, get kids home and now return to normalcy this week! As long as the weather holds, we will attempt outdoor recess starting Monday. Please note this may change if rain or wind picks back up. Remind students that if weather changes while outdoors, whistles will be blown for students to immediately go to line up areas.  Yard duty teachers can assist in getting students to a covered waiting area for classroom teachers to arrive. Information for Faculty and Staff THANK YOU all for helping last week run as smoothly as it did!  Having the extra help in the cafeteria, at recess, during drop off and pick up was extremely valuable to our students to help support them in learning new classroom and school routines.  We appreciate all of you for your hard work for the benefit of the students! The first days of school are critical and we feel the students are off to a great start!   Keep in mind new students coming in can benefit from a peer buddy to show them the routines they may have missed last week.  You will be able to assign Crew Members to handle this task once we complete our Anchored4Life trainings, but for now it will be great practice for your students to see how well they have learned by teaching it to someone new!  Watch for more information on Anchored4Life via email. You may start using the electronic Gotcha ticket:   https://bit.ly/2LLM75j this week.  Let’s r...

(And hopefully Hector will find a course away from us-taking wind and rain with him!) There was much information shared last week.  Please utilize the staff intranet site, the VP admin day presentation, Ho’okele teacher tab on google drive, Google classroom (shared by Regina) and emails from Jill sent last week for the updates and most current information.  Of course-ask questions for whatever help you may need. We have a big increase in enrollment that will be evident, so much appreciation for your flexibility as we monitor and adjust to keep everyone safe and get our systems in place! You may start using the electronic Gotcha ticket:   https://bit.ly/2LLM75j this week.  Let’s rememb...
