Information for Faculty and Staff
Thank you for your assistance with our successful completion of our required annual safety drills.  We will continue to have monthly fire drills until the end of the school year.  Please remember that when teachers take these drills seriously and with a sense of urgency, the students will follow suit and be better prepared.  We appreciate your support.

Parent-Teacher Conferences start this week.  As a reminder, we have dismissal times of 1:05 pm for 10/26-27, 10/30-31 and 11/2-3.  On Wednesday 10/25 and 11/1, we have 12:50 pm dismissal times (no change).  PLCs and resource schedules will continue as scheduled, with time blocks cut short if they go past 1:05 pm.  We are asking teachers to return to classrooms by 1:00 pm (when applicable) on PLC days to assist the PTTs with dismissal.

Staff are encountering an error when they try to access the Intranet using the Chrome browser from Mac desktop computers. They are prompted repeatedly for their login credentials.  Staff are recommended to use the Firefox or Safari browsers to access the Intranet.

This error is only happening on Mac desktop operating systems using Chrome. Chrome on Windows machines are not affected, and Chrome on iOS devices such as iPhones and iPads are also not affected.

Information for Students
This week we will be starting parent-teacher conferences!  Please remind your parents about their meetings and about our early release days.  Your teachers are excited to share your progress!
Good job on our safety drills last week!  It was encouraging to see students participating in the drills in a serious manner.  Although these were only practice drills, it is important that we be ready to respond in all types of emergencies.
4th graders will continue with safety training this week as they learn how to ride bikes safely!  You may see them practicing in our back parking lot this week!
Picture retakes will be on Wednesday, November 1 (next week). For those redoing their photos, please make sure to return your portrait package. A reminder card will be sent home.
