Sun Images - Public Domain Pictures - Page 1A Big MAHALO to all of the classroom teachers who provided the instruction and time for your students to participate in our first ever student showcase.  What a remarkable display of artwork and writing pieces!  Thank you to the support team for setting up, breaking down and monitoring the displays throughout the week.  Much appreciation to our cafeteria staff, adult supervisors, office staff and custodial staff for helping make it all work out perfectly!
Please let me know if you would like something posted in the bulletin!  We have so many great activities going on and do not want to miss any events or recognition!!  THANK YOU for everything you do!

Sun Images - Public Domain Pictures - Page 1CONGRATULATIONS to our Math Invitational team who took 1st place at the competition at Kapolei Middle School this past Saturday!  They edged out the competition by just 1.5 points!  Kiana also won 2nd place in the individual awards.  Great job to the entire team and to Coach Pechfelder, Ms. Shinn, Ms. Garcia, Mr. Depolis and Mrs. Brown for your coaching and support!

Sun Images - Public Domain Pictures - Page 1CONGRATULATIONS to our Ho‘okele JPOs who earned a score of 99 at the JPO competition last Friday!!!  They endured a hot day of drills with all of the schools on Oahu and came away with a remarkable score!  Special acknowledgement to Jana Rose Ramos who was also named JPO of the year!   Great job and special appreciation to all of the JPOs for their service to our school and to  Mrs. Okamoto and our HPD officers for their support and direction!


TestWiseness preparation is this week to help prepare you for our standards based assessments and overall good practices for test taking!  Grades K-2 will have testwiseness on 4/24-4/26. Grades 3-5 will have testwiseness on 4/24-4/27.  Prizes will be awarded to the students that come on time and participate in each of the testwiseness days.

This Wednesday marks Administrative Professionals Day, and we want to take a moment to sincerely recognize and thank our exceptional office staff. Their dedication and support extend far beyond the expected, touching every corner of our school. From cheerfully greeting families – both the friendly and the more challenging – to ensuring the smooth execution of every event, our office team is truly the backbone of our school. They arrive early, stay late, manage our supplies, process our paychecks and scan our lunches, and, above all, always help to ensure the well-being of our students. Thank you for all that you do! In addition to celebrating our administrative professionals, this week we also gratefully acknowledge the vital contributions of our campus volunteers.
