Information for Teachers We are fortunate to have refrigerators for all grade levels in your PLC rooms...however, it is the responsibility of the grade level to clean these out periodically.  Plan on having a rotation amongst your grade level to clean out the fridge monthly. Please be sure to clean them out before Fall Break! If you plan on working over the weekends, your AC will not be able to be turned on.  We ask that you not adjust your AC from the classrooms.  Please contact Mike if you have any questions. Janae Kremer (our Maker Space PTT) is now available Monday, Wednesdays and Thursdays for sub teaching.  Teachers are welcome to email, call or text to prearrange jobs with her. Information for Teachers This week is spirit week !  Please read attached for details. Fire inspection is coming up in October-November.  We will do a pre inspection during fall break. Please make sure your rooms are ready for inspection at any time.  Here are some reminders… Evacuation Maps should be posted near the exit.  If your classroom or office is missing a map or if you need a different orientation, notify admin. (note:  I plan to replace the current ones with easier to read maps...as long as you have a map at this point it is OK) Exits and Doors should not be obstructed. Pull Stations and Fire extinguishers need to have a 3 foot clearance and must not be obstructed. Extension Cords are not to be used as permanent wiring.  Multiplugs are not approved or allowed.  No Piggy backing (power strip to power strip/power strip to extension cord) is allowed. Information for Teachers We have trainings on campus this week.  Please use South and West lots on Monday and Tuesday to the extent possible to allow our guests to use the North lots.   You will be getting your parent teacher conference forms this week with instructions and important dates. Information for Teachers Hope you had a pleasant long weekend!   A heads up notice, starting in October we will have a church renting our facility.  Rise Church (currently at Kapolei Middle School) will be renting the cafeteria on Sundays from 6:30-11:30 am; with services at 9:00 am.  You may want to plan on avoiding campus during these times. Please note changes in yard duty for Tuesday due to grade 1 field trip:   9/6 yard duty .  Thank you support team teachers for lending a hand! For your planning-Laureen will be off campus on Tuesday and Mindy will be off campus on Thursday and Friday. A bright spot to note :  Thank you Lester for not ruining our weekends!
