See below for all of the information for the week!  It’s a busy one!!
Please welcome our long term subs for Ms. Taniguchi (Ms. Linda Shultz) and for Ms. Tanioka (Ms. Gayle Naone).  Our new art teacher for grades 3-5, Holly Pearce, will also start this week.

This Week:
11/2:  8:30-9:15 AVID recruitment for KMS
         Regular release time of 2:05 pm
11/3:  8:00-11:30 am PreK and K Field Trip
         No changes to schedule.  Regular release time of 2:05 pm.
         Grade 1 Resources/PLC:  10:20-1:10 pm
         Grade 4 Resources/PLC:  10:30-2:05 pm
         All electrical power will be shut down from about 2:30 - 5:00 pm


11/4:  8:15-9:15 am  Rehearsal for Dedication Ceremony

Please review attached seating.  We will have chairs set up for teachers along the outsides of your classes. Students who require more supervision should be seated next to you and away from the center where our guests will be seated.  Please correct any misbehavior immediately.
Grade 1 is seated in front as they will perform from the stage area and return to their seats.  When the grade levels are singing Hawaii Pono'i and our Olis, they will stand and perform from where they are seated.

30 minute resource blocks
9:20-9:50 Block 1

11/5:     Regular release time of 2:05 pm.

After school set up of cafeteria.
11/6:     Students go to class at 7:30 am
Dedication Ceremony:  8:30-10:00 am
No Morning Recess will be held.

Hi Students,

Thank you student council for coordinating our first activity of the year!  Great job and super fun!
This is a very important week for our school.  Your help and awesome behavior is expected and appreciated as we prepare for our dedication on Friday!  There will be many special guests on our campus and we know you will impress them!

This Wednesday marks Administrative Professionals Day, and we want to take a moment to sincerely recognize and thank our exceptional office staff. Their dedication and support extend far beyond the expected, touching every corner of our school. From cheerfully greeting families – both the friendly and the more challenging – to ensuring the smooth execution of every event, our office team is truly the backbone of our school. They arrive early, stay late, manage our supplies, process our paychecks and scan our lunches, and, above all, always help to ensure the well-being of our students. Thank you for all that you do! In addition to celebrating our administrative professionals, this week we also gratefully acknowledge the vital contributions of our campus volunteers.
