Updates week of July 6

Hi Everyone,
This will be the last update I'll be sending you.  Starting next week Mindy will be composing and posting our Staff Bulletin.  
Please complete all Google Classroom by the due date.  Many assignments are due July 22 or 23.. Many more assignments will be posted in the next 2 weeks.
Turn Over Update:
  • Bldg B: Ike Hana Lima has been turned over, although no furniture has been setup as of this morning.
  • The south parking, piko area, back office rooms & Bldg G: Laulima will not be turned over until 7/15.
Custodial Corner:
Place all trash in bags and flatten all boxes outside of your classroom. Bags are given upon request. Custodians will come around 3:30 to pick up. Must be outside your room to be disposed of.

Updates elevator is working. Please ask custodian or office for access to elevator.
1st week of school schedule:  
For all Professional Development trainings, faculty meetings we kindly ask that you bring your own drink for the day.  
July 20-
  • Consultants and Legislators coming on campus (tour)
July 21-
  • Board of Education Open House (BOE meetings, campus tour, media may be present)

July 22-
  • Tribes Training & Phone Training, 8 am-3 pm, Library
    • Refreshments provided by Admin & Support Team
    • Lunch will be provided
July 23-
  • ½ Day Tribes Training Continuation, EES Presentation, ½ Day Admin, 8 am-3 pm, Library
    • Refreshments provided by: Gr. K-2 teachers
    • Lunch orders will be coming out soon from our VP  
July 24-
  • Wonders Training (Classroom Teachers), 8 am-3 pm, Library
    • Refreshments provided by: Gr. 3-5 teachers, Pre K & SpEd
    • Lunch orders will be coming out soon from our VP
  • Office, Clerical, Custodial, EAs, Health Aide, Cafe Manager- GAFE Training (with Jill)-- More info coming soon.
July 27-
  • Teacher Workday
  • Meet & Greet 4:30 pm - 7:30 pm
July 28-
  • Teacher Workday & Xerox Training
  • Faculty Breakfast (Library, 7:45 am)

July 29-
  • First day of school for students
  • Faculty Forum Meeting (1:00 pm , Library)

This Wednesday marks Administrative Professionals Day, and we want to take a moment to sincerely recognize and thank our exceptional office staff. Their dedication and support extend far beyond the expected, touching every corner of our school. From cheerfully greeting families – both the friendly and the more challenging – to ensuring the smooth execution of every event, our office team is truly the backbone of our school. They arrive early, stay late, manage our supplies, process our paychecks and scan our lunches, and, above all, always help to ensure the well-being of our students. Thank you for all that you do!
