Upcoming Resource Day Adjustments: 

Please be aware that due to the schedule changes for resource days this week, we are looking for coverage and subs to provide support for your resource classes to allow you PLC time.  We appreciate your flexibility and understanding in advance.  Monday may be especially challenging with Grade 4 Parent Activity and Grade 3 Planning Day.

 

Grade 2 resources for 11/8 will be on Monday 11/7 from 8:30-1:35 pm due to Holiday on 11/8.

 

Grade 3 resources for 11/11 will be on Wednesday 11/9 from 8:45-12:40 pm due to Holiday on 11/11.


From Mike’s 11/4 email:  We will be conducting our Pre-fire inspection sometime next week. I have attached a visual checklist for your reference. Once inspection is complete I will share any findings that need to be corrected. If you have any questions please let me know. See linked document for guidance.


From Laura-to Grades 2-5 teachers only 11/4:  

We made the Musical Theatre Announcement today at lunchtime. If any student missed the presentation and/or needs a packet, please have them see me. Students must get a packet from me to register to audition.

Book Fair Purchasing:

  • After School - 2:05-3:00 pm (Monday, 11/14; Tuesday, 11/15; Thursday, 11/17); 

and 12:50-1:45 p.m. on Wednesday, 11/16.

  • Special Family Shopping Hours: 

(ALL children must be accompanied by an adult during Family Shopping Hours):

  • Wednesday, November 16, 1:45-5:00 pm.

  • Thursday, November 17, 1:45-5:00 pm.

This Wednesday marks Administrative Professionals Day, and we want to take a moment to sincerely recognize and thank our exceptional office staff. Their dedication and support extend far beyond the expected, touching every corner of our school. From cheerfully greeting families – both the friendly and the more challenging – to ensuring the smooth execution of every event, our office team is truly the backbone of our school.
