Please complete and submit form by December 11, 2020 Student Friendly Slides Teacher Slides Anyone who needs assistance, please let Mindy know ASAP. We want to be sure all of our staff feels comfortable and prepared for any of our emergency situations. We will be holding fire drills for new teachers and for classrooms with students. Updates from Coaches regarding Supply Pick up We're almost to the end of the quarter and a well-deserved break! Below are a few reminders in preparation for our next deployment on Monday, December 14th (See Timeline). TRASH BAGS NEEDED? For those needing trash bags to pack their Quarter 3 Resources, please fill out this form by 2 PM FRIDAY. This will help to ensure you have the bags ready to begin packing on Monday during your homegroup time. If you did not do this last week, please do so ASAP! MESSAGE OUT TO FAMILIES On Monday, December 7th, please send this message to ALL your families. We're hoping by having it sent out through 1) school messenger and 2) classroom teachers, more families will come at their scheduled times. WHAT TO PACK? ITEMS: Grade level resources, PTA Activity Packets (only for those who registered), i-Ready Winter Diagnostic Reports, & CARES Certificates All i-Ready Family Letters and Reports will be printed for you and delivered to your grade level PLC rooms by Wednesday, December 9th. All PTA Activity Packets & CARES Certificates should be given to you sometime next week
