Information for Faculty and Staff
Thank you to Ms. Barilla for her presentation at last week’s faculty meeting on ECET2CK.  We hope you all have the opportunity to shower someone with appreciations and be open to receiving appreciation for all the awesome things you do! Nominate a teacher bit.ly/nominateck2019!!!

In order to ensure important messages to staff and students are being shared through this blog, a form has been created that can be submitted for any announcements you would like to add.  Generally, most information is taken from the master calendar and emails; however, sometimes events and activities may be missed. Have something to share?? Submit HERE!  

Please note there is a faculty meeting this week Wednesday and Home Group is next week.  We apologize for the mix-up.

Next week is safety week.  PTA is sponsoring activities AND we are conducting our annual drills.  Please click HERE for the information regarding the drills next week and let Mrs. Pamatigan know if there are changes or updates needed.  Prepare your students for what to expect. An information sheet for students will go home this week.

A big MAHALO to all of our staff members who are veterans, retired or active duty military service members and/or family of military members.  We appreciate all you sacrifice in serving our country!

Good Luck to all of the students auditioning for the school musical!  Practice that choreography!

To all of our military students at Ho‘okele, we do want to take time to say THANK YOU to you and your families for serving our country.  As a family member of a military parent, you have unique challenges and opportunities-we appreciate you and support you!

Next week we will be practicing our safety drills for lock down, shelter-in-place, fire, evacuation and earthquake.  Your teachers will be going over important information regarding these drills. It is very important to be on your best behavior during these drills which keep us safe in any type of emergency.

This Wednesday marks Administrative Professionals Day, and we want to take a moment to sincerely recognize and thank our exceptional office staff. Their dedication and support extend far beyond the expected, touching every corner of our school. From cheerfully greeting families – both the friendly and the more challenging – to ensuring the smooth execution of every event, our office team is truly the backbone of our school. They arrive early, stay late, manage our supplies, process our paychecks and scan our lunches, and, above all, always help to ensure the well-being of our students. Thank you for all that you do!
