Information for Faculty and Staff
Please note some adjustments for PLC and resource times impacting Grades 3 and 4 to try to make up  some time due to PT conference schedule. Updates will be sent if additional changes are made.

Jill created a helpful presentation that includes Helpful tips for preparing for Parent-Teacher Conferences.  Refer to slides 11-22 for How to Prepare and How to Ensure a Successful Conference.  

As a safety reminder, if you are the last class exiting the field, you must make sure that the gates are closed and locked at all times when fields are not in use.  Gates should not be left open at any times other than recess or safety drills. Recently some of the gates have been left open, allowing parents to enter before the end of the school day.  Our PE teacher has a key. Thank you for doing your part to keep our campus safe and secure.

Information for Students
Your parents will be coming in this week or next week for parent-teacher conferences!  Please remind them to come at their scheduled time so they can hear about how you did during the 1st quarter of school!

Because of conferences, we do have some adjustments made to the release schedule and resource schedule.  Thank you for being on your best behavior during these new transition times over the next 2 weeks.

Please do your part to help care for recess equipment.  Treat equipment with care and if items are damaged, please report it to an adult supervisor immediately.  After recess, if your class is last to leave the field, help your teachers and close the gates behind you.

SMILE:  If you are participating in picture retake day, you may be excused from wearing your uniform for the day on Wednesday.  If possible, please bring your uniform shirt to change into.

This Wednesday marks Administrative Professionals Day, and we want to take a moment to sincerely recognize and thank our exceptional office staff. Their dedication and support extend far beyond the expected, touching every corner of our school.
