Information for Faculty and Staff
Parking passes have been distributed to your box.  The passes are numbered so we know who received which pass.  If you do NOT need a pass, please return it to Dollinda Sato’s (SASA) box for redistribution.  Please do not hold on to it or give it to someone else if you do not need it.  We will monitor the parking Monday and Tuesday and start the new parent lot on Wednesday.  If you did not receive a pass or you have staff who needs one, please let us (Mike, Mindy or Dollinda) know.
Thank you for your compliance with our fire inspection.  We passed!!
Please continue to follow safety protocols for your classrooms, conference rooms and storage areas at all times.
Please remind students we will be adjusting our lunch lines starting Monday. We are hoping this will allow for a smoother process to get students in and out of the cafe efficiently.  Please remember to bring your students on time and not significantly early to your lunch period to make sure we have time to move the other students out of the cafe and minimize the time waiting in line for your students.

Information for Students
This week we will start trying to have 2 lunch lines for each lunch to help the lines move faster.  Grades 3 and 4 will be starting to use the new line on the D building side of the cafe.  The cafeteria staff will help you learn where to go.
You have many fun activities and still much learning to get done before our Winter Break.  Please stay focused on being responsible learners to help make the next few weeks productive and fun!

This Wednesday marks Administrative Professionals Day, and we want to take a moment to sincerely recognize and thank our exceptional office staff. Their dedication and support extend far beyond the expected, touching every corner of our school. From cheerfully greeting families – both the friendly and the more challenging – to ensuring the smooth execution of every event, our office team is truly the backbone of our school. They arrive early, stay late, manage our supplies, process our paychecks and scan our lunches, and, above all, always help to ensure the well-being of our students. Thank you for all that you do!
