Information for Faculty and Staff We look forward to seeing your spirited costumes on Tuesday! Please encourage students to leave candy at home and bring only healthy snacks to school.  We know there will be a lot of candy-but need to be mindful of students with allergies and the mess students leave with their candy wrappers.  Your help and support is appreciated! Classroom teachers: please remember to keep your windows and doors clear of decorations that block vision.  We want to have clear visibility at all times. Have a wickedly awesome week! Information for Faculty and Staff Thank you for your assistance with our successful completion of our required annual safety drills.  We will continue to have monthly fire drills until the end of the school year.  Please remember that when teachers take these drills seriously and with a sense of urgency, the students will follow suit and be better prepared.  We appreciate your support. Parent-Teacher Conferences start this week.  As a reminder, we have dismissal times of 1:05 pm for 10/26-27, 10/30-31 and 11/2-3.  On Wednesday 10/25 and 11/1, we have 12:50 pm dismissal times (no change).  PLCs and resource schedules will continue as scheduled, with time blocks cut short if they go past 1:05 pm.  We are asking teachers to return to classrooms by 1:00 pm (when applicable) on PLC days to assist the PTTs with dismissal.   Have any tips to share with your new colleagues?  Here are some articles that may generate some ideas for you as we...

Information for Faculty and Staff 10/9-10/13:  Fall Break No School! Enjoy! 10/12:  SOS Meeting in Library 9:00-11:30 am Please note the events taking place the week after break! On Monday, CAS Armstrong will visit and walk through the classrooms.  It is also Speaker Showcase week and safety week! Safety Week Information for Teachers As a reminder, there are no PLCs the week after the break, however students will have resource classes.  RTI will resume the week of October 16. Thank you to Karen Nakama for subbing for Julie Yeaman!  Ms. Yeaman returns right after break.  You can now try calling Karen for short term jobs until she takes over for Ms. Sah in November!
