Special Appreciation Activities this Week from PTA:
Teacher Appreciation Week
Monday- Revealing of the Wall of Fame, massage giveaway, UH giveaway and Papa John's Pizza card giveaway.  
Tuesday - Ho'okele will provide Hawaiian plate for staff.  Plates will be distributed in the staff room next to the cafeteria for teachers to grab and go, or eat there if they choose to.  Papa John's Pizza card giveaway and UH giveaway.


Wednesday- Well Being Wednesday with Denise from Doterra in the staff room with samples and information about essential oils between 9:30-10:30 am.  Papa John Pizza and UH giveaway.
Thursday - Papa John's Pizza card giveaway and Gift Basket giveaway,
Friday - Dessert Day.  Coffee from Starbucks.  Cookies from Cookie Corner.
Thai iced coffee and Dessert donations from parents.
There will be a poster board in the staff room with a list of all the winners from the daily raffles!

We are working on a schedule for the support team, EAs, PTTs, and adult supervisors to relieve classroom teachers of yard duty for the weeks of 5/15 and 5/22.   This will be finalized and shared with you by the end of the week.  You can plan on using the extra time not on yard duty as needed.

These students were selected by their teachers to be honored by Grace Pacific in the Outstanding Keiki Program.  Students celebrated with a fun day at Kroc Center and a banquet at the Middle School this past Saturday.  Great Job students!  We are proud of you!
Please take some time to show your appreciation to your teachers who have worked so hard to give you a quality education this school year!  The best appreciation can be shown in many ways:  with a smile, a thank you, being well behaved, being helpful or even a small note.  Let’s show our teachers how much you care for them this week by having perfect student behavior and following all behavior expectations!
Grades 3-5:  Great job last week on SBA-ELA!  Focus on math this week!  Good Luck-we know you will try your best!
We hope you signed up to come watch Disney’s Moana at the PTA movie night this Friday.  2 showings at 5 pm and 7:30 pm.  Hope to see you there!  Bring money to buy some treats to support the PTA!

This Wednesday marks Administrative Professionals Day, and we want to take a moment to sincerely recognize and thank our exceptional office staff. Their dedication and support extend far beyond the expected, touching every corner of our school. From cheerfully greeting families – both the friendly and the more challenging – to ensuring the smooth execution of every event, our office team is truly the backbone of our school. They arrive early, stay late, manage our supplies, process our paychecks and scan our lunches, and, above all, always help to ensure the well-being of our students. Thank you for all that you do!
