Sun, Cool, Sunshine, Glossy, ...We cannot say enough great things about the Lion King Kids production and performances!  Mrs. Brown has truly raised the bar with this year’s production!  Thank you to all of you involved-it is an honor to work with such talented people!
Sun, Cool, Sunshine, Glossy, ...We say Aloha this week to one of our eternal bright spots- Ms. Ellie Texeira.  Ms. Ellie’s last day at Ho’okele is this week Friday as she will be relocating to the mainland. Ms. Ellie has been such a positive force in our school.  Her daily interactions with students, families and staff members is always warm and welcoming and her spirit will truly be missed.  Aloha Ms. Ellie!
After school program permission forms are in your boxes.  Each sheet is for a different student. Please read the names when distributing!!  Pink forms need to be signed and returned.  Purple forms do not, as they are waitlist notifications.  All families were also emailed on Friday regarding their status.  Please return pink forms to the box in office copy room.  Thank you for your help!
For your planning this week, some of our PTTs will not be in.  These are what have been made known to me at this time.  Since there are no PLCs, we will not have subs.  Please plan to have your students during the blocks that are affected:

What outstanding performances by our Lion King Kids Cast and Crew!  Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication! You are all bright, bright stars! Please be sure to thank Mrs. Brown and all of the teachers and staff that helped prepare you for your stellar performances!!
Congrats to the CARES Award winners!  See you and your families on Wednesday at the assembly!!
We hope you have a fun and safe Spring Break!  Keep up with your reading over the break.  When we return from break, we will have just 1 more quarter of school for the year and LOTS to accomplish!

This Wednesday marks Administrative Professionals Day, and we want to take a moment to sincerely recognize and thank our exceptional office staff. Their dedication and support extend far beyond the expected, touching every corner of our school. From cheerfully greeting families – both the friendly and the more challenging – to ensuring the smooth execution of every event, our office team is truly the backbone of our school. They arrive early, stay late, manage our supplies, process our paychecks and scan our lunches, and, above all, always help to ensure the well-being of our students. Thank you for all that you do!
