Information for Faculty and Staff
We hope you are enjoying your summer!
If you plan on coming into work, please note custodians are advised to lock up and set alarms at 4:00pm. Please make sure keys are returned to the office by 3:40 pm.
During summer you may check out your keys in the front office, and check them back in at end of day no later than 3:40pm. YOU MUST TURN IN ON A DAILY BASIS. Keys will be ready for pickup 2 weeks prior to 1st day of school.
Reminder do not enter buildings during your scheduled cleaning.
Office and custodians will be busy during the summer, so please check online for updates. Mike will try to update as which classrooms and buildings are done and ready for setup. Do not set up your room until it is indicated that your room has been cleaned and it is ready for you to do so.
Please vote for Natalie Hepting for the Farmer’s Insurance Teacher Grant. You can vote once per day during the month of June. Natalie is applying for a grant to help build a sensory room for students with disabilities (autism).
We will be hosting many trainings and meetings this summer at the school which may impact you. They should be visible on master calendar. Please refer to emails for information and exact details for these trainings. Here is a spreadsheet of participants as well, which will be updated with current information.
