Updates for Week of November 16, 2015
Hi Everyone,
Monday is our IPA assembly/performances. Please remind your students of how well behaved they were at the dedication ceremony and encourage them to be even better for this assembly!
Thank you for your help in getting notices out to families for the clubs. First day for Hula and RTI programs will be Thursday 11/19. You will be receiving information regarding after school pick up of students this week.
Please remember to go on yard duty at your newly assigned days and times. We realize some adjustments need to be made and are working on some changes that will help with some of the overlap of responsibilities.
Flu shot clinic is on Tuesday-details will be sent to you on Monday.
Please help prepare your students for our safety drills next week. More details will be shared with families and with you this week. You can also refer to your emergency handbooks for guidelines.
It is so important that we have these procedures in place to help keep our students and all of you safe in any type of emergency.
With the events of the past week in Paris-we can not stress this enough. We hope you have some time to reflect on those who lost lives or family members and remember to appreciate those close to you. Thank you for doing what you do every day to positively impact lives.
Have a great week! You are awesome!

Student Announcements (Please read to your students)
Hi Students,
We hope you are enjoying the new activities at recess. As a reminder, there are no contact games-meaning no tag and no games that could lead to contact. Soccer is just lining up and shooting at the goals. Football is passing across to one person only. These are optional activities being set up for you. If you cannot follow the rules, however, they will not be brought out. If you enjoy them and want them to continue, follow the rules.
Practice Safety First, Mutual Respect and Attentive Listening: Remember that your proper behavior is expected at all times. We have an assembly on Monday and expect the same good behavior that we saw during our Dedication ceremony. When you have resources, we expect you to show the same behavior and respect to those teachers as you do your homeroom teachers. If you are participating in after school activities-all of the same school rules will be enforced.
Mrs. Dunn and Mrs. Pamatigan
If you have an event that you would like added to the Faculty and Staff Bulletin, please submit this request form 1-2 weeks prior: Bulletin Announcement Request
